The Power Mill Quality
The Best Value for Money Heavy Duty Food Processor
Robust, durable and perfectly designed with versatility in mind, the new Power Mill has a high capacity motor and is suitable for the busy home kitchen, the health industry, juice and smoothie bars, school canteens and the commercial kitchen environment.
Throw away the myriad of kitchen tools when you have the Power Mill Blender.
The Power Mill Blender is a high powered kitchen appliance which effectively means you can throw out those single purpose bits and pieces which clutter up your kitchen cupboards…and at a half the price of similar blenders.
This superb all round kitchen tool can replace your food processor, ice cream maker, pressure cooker, chopper, meat grinder, standard blender and ice crusher.
In just 8 minutes, the super powered 1.5 horse power motor and high speed blades (281kpm) will bring fresh ingredients to boiling point through friction heat. The Power Mill Blender makes smoothies, purees, whole fruit and vegetable juices, grind beans and much more.

Power Mill Blender Motor
1. Power Mill motor
The powerful 950W / 1.5HP motor is of commercial standard.
1. A durable two litre calibrated polycarbonate container
A non-leaching with a square base which helps to propel food back into the centre. Conventional blenders with the round base throw out the food to the side which means it is not blended evenly.
2. Central tamper
The tamper can be directed by you while the blender is operating to push around the food. The tamper prevents air bubbles from forming while blending, and maintains circulation. Use it when making frozen ice creams, pureeing fruit and vegetables, making nut butters and so on.
3. Robust hardened stainless steel 4-point blade
Precision engineered to release the maximum phytonutrients from fruit & vegetables this finely balanced high quality blade is carefully designed to spin at 1,000rpm – 30,000rpm (281kpm). tough and durable enough to deal with the maximum volume of the hardest ingredients at the highest speeds.
4. A five point digital timer
For your convenience a variety of settings are available from 1 min, 3mins, 6 mins, 9 mins & 15 mins.
5. Perfectly designed large, central variable speed controller plus hi-speed pulse button
6. Thermostatic shut-off with audio-visual alarm
The blender features a thermostatic shutoff if the motor gets hot, but rather than switch off altogether leaving you unsure if the machines has broken, the operating power light flashes and an alarm sounds.
7. See through polycarbonate lids
have replaced the difficult-to-remove rubber lids, finishing off the look perfectly.
8. Two year warranty.

Good afternoon … bought a Sunbeam Cafe blender and whaddyaknow –
the polycarbonate base cracked and naturally it’s outta warranty.
I can live with $600+ if I have to BUT what’s to stop that one (3x
the price of the Sunbeam) from cracking? I do soaked Almonds for milk
and whirr up kitchen scraps for the worms and make green drinks –
everything is cut up first. Nothing is really hard.
So please, what guarantee is there that my $600 won’t go down the
drain the minute the warranty expires?
Regards
Elaine

@Elaine
We have never had a Power Mill jug crack so far. The tough polycarbonate container is built to withstand the demands of the toughest blender users.
Unlike cheap blenders like the Sunbeam Cafe Blender you refer to, Power Mill Blenders are designed to do what you are doing with it and much more AND we have a very generous 2yr warranty on all parts AND we carry a full range of replacement parts in case there is any need to service the machine. So I can’t foresee a problem.
If you want a blender to last the distance the Power Mill is for you.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

I’m considering buying a Vitamix 5000 or a Blendtec Total Blender and have just come across your Power Mill Blender. How does it compare with these two High power blenders?
12/17/2008 at 11:23 am
@Margaret,
When you buy a Blendtec Total Blender you are paying for the online hype and all those expensive gadgets they keep on blending. We reserve the Powermill Blender for blending healthy foods only so it doesn’t come at such a premium price. We ship internationally and our prices in Australia where we are based are much better value for money than the Vitamix Blender as well.
The quality of the Powermill Blender is at least as good as any blender on the market today. With its high powered motor and 2 year warranty it compares extremely well to the best blenders available. It will last and last and give complete satisfaction for as long as you use it. It will blend anything that either of the competing blenders you mention will blend giving you the healthy tasty whole food experience you are after.

Can Power Mill blend/grind grains/nuts into powder form? Simple becos I need a blender that can blend whole fruits (skin & seeds) into smoothie for health purpose.

The Powermill Blender is a supercharged food processor. It can grind grains, nuts and beans (including coffee) to powder with ease as well as blend whole fruits skins & seeds to a smooth texture to extract the full nutritional value and flavour from them. Anything that can be blended can be blended in a Powermill Blender.

A friend put me on your site, and said that it is a good power Mill Blender that does not use electricity. I went on the site and couldn’t find any information that says it is non-electric.
Could you please clarify?
Thank you

Greetings,
I am looking for a blender that comes with a jar made of non-polycarbonate material. My understanding is that as the appliance age, chemicals will leach onto food etc in polycarbonate jar.
Do you carry 3HP or 3+ HP blender that comes with Jar made with food-safe materials?
I live in Asia.
many thanks!
Karen

The Power Mill Blender jug is made of a high quality non-toxic, non leaching food grade polycarbonate. Commercial users generally prefer plastic because glass jugs can get damaged more easily in the busy kitchen environment. The Power Mill blender is powerful enough to blend ice & make healthy hot soups which are high in phytontrients and enzymes. Cooking can destroy valuable nutrients, but with the Powermill Blender, you can enjoy fibre-rich wholesome warm food that’s rich in those valuable nutrients. The Powermill Blender is the perfect weightloss appliance in your kitchen! We can ship to Asia no problem!

Hi I am so impressed, I dont suppose you do part payments.
This blender wouldn’t replace the oscar juicer now would it?
Also it states it replaces meat mincers?
What about the when the blender heats, does this effect the meat
quality with it getting hot?
It looks great, and its powerful motor is impressive,
Sue

Hi Sue
The Powermill Blender won’t replace the Oscar juicer, but both products work very well together as part of your Living Food Kitchen!
You can mince meat on a low speed and it won’t heat at all. The advantage of the high speed blender is that you can create warm fibe-rich, highly nutritious soups which are hot in 2 minutes. Most soups are devoid of nutritional value because they are cooked for too long and although they may still be a source of fibre, the valuable phytonutrients are lost during the extended cooking time.
We have GE Money facilities and Flexirent.
For GE Money, you need to come into one of our showrooms and physically sign the paperwork. We currently have a showroom in Sydney and Byron Bay, Australia although we ship around the world.
For Flexirent, we provide you with our account number, and contact them directly for immediate approval. Flexirent in turn will contact us with payment for your order and we then dispatch it for you.

hi, I am comparing the Power mill with the Vitamix. i read that your product is equal to it but I notice the specs are not as high or the gaurantee as long.

Hello
I am quite interested in your blender, does it retain vital enzymes if heats up easily? I’m thinking about green smoothies.
01/20/2010 at 4:01 pm
can this blender do everything a food processor can?
05/01/2010 at 10:09 am
Can you tell me if you can make a raw soup, for someone to eat raw, then put the rest back in the blender to heat up for people that want it heated?
If you put it back on will it just take 2 minutes to heat the blended soup up, or will it take 6 minutes to get hot?
05/19/2010 at 5:13 pm
Do you have a picture of the chrome powermill?
What are the shipping charges (to australia postcode 6111)?
How long does shipping take?
What is the capacity of the jug?
Can the jug take hot to boiling liquids pre processing?
Is there a list of foods that the powermill can process?
Can it blend dried oil-less dates without any water?
Can it process chick peas?
How does it compare to the thermo-mix?
I appreciate your insights.
05/19/2010 at 5:27 pm
One more question for my list.
Does the powermill process chunks of raw vegetables like carrots, pumpkin, celery and potatoes (ie for turning into soup)?
If so, do the vegetable pieces have to be small to process?
Thanks again

Hi,
I’m interested to know more about the Power Mill’s ability to make fruit and vegetable juices. Can it handle hard vegetables like carrot, beetroot or sweet potato? Does water need to be added to get a juice-like consistency? Would these need to be peeled?
Thanks,
Sarah

Hello ,i would like to know if i could put raw potatoes and sweet potatoes in ? will it blend them ? i want to make raw crispa in my dehydrator x
10/14/2010 at 2:34 pm
Hi,
I am interested in your Power Blender, for making nut milks etc, but am cautious about the noise, sound. Is the Power Blender an intense loud blender, I find kitchen appliances loud, almost like power tools, and am intrigued as I am a Mum with a small child who dislikes the associated noise of our exsisting low grade blender. Look forward to hearing from you,
Heidi
11/10/2010 at 10:32 am
it sure does! It covers all of those areas!
11/10/2010 at 10:34 am
Yes it will reheat the soup within 2 minutes, it is designed to do this.
11/10/2010 at 10:36 am
Hello,
it is best to add water for consistancy, it will handle all of those vegetables.
11/10/2010 at 10:36 am
Hello, yes it will easily!
12/20/2010 at 5:22 pm
Hi there I want to make almond milk and also blend other things. I have been told you need a 3hp blender to do almond milk. What is your response to this, and is there any chance of getting a demonstration, of this blender, doing something like this, making milk from nuts is One of the hardest things a blender has to do. So would you be willing to demonstrate this

After 2 years of use, the rubber o-ring seal on my powermill blender has finally rotted and the blender now leaks every time I blend liquids. Can you tell me where I can get hold of a replacement seal and instructions on how to replace. I live in the UK.
Thank you.
