Saucy Aioli Blender Recipe
Add zest to any meal with this fresh antioxidant rich living Aioli. Keeping vampires at bay is just the least of this delicious sauce’s life enhancing properties
3 large egg yolks
1/4 cup (60 mL) lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
3 large garlic cloves
1 cup (240 mL) light olive oil
Place egg yolks, lemon juice, salt and pepper into the Power Mill container. Secure the 2-part lid. Select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to #8. Remove lid plug and drop in garlic cloves. Run for 10 seconds then reduce speed to #6. With the machine running, slowly pour in the oil in a steady thin, stream until emulsified. Serve or store in refrigerator until needed.
