1/2 cup (120 mL) olive oil
1/4 cup (60 mL) red or white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Place all ingredients into the Power Mill container in order listed. Secure 2-part lid.

Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #5 or #6. Run for 10 to 15 seconds. Refrigerate in airtight container.
