6 medium Italian plum tomatoes
1 small onion
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon ground oregano
1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Place all ingredients into the Power Mill container in order listed. Secure the two-part lid. Select VARIABLE speed #1. Turn on the machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Run the machine for 2 to 3 minutes. If necessary, use the tamper to press any ingredients into blades while processing. Pour into saucepan. Simmer for 35 to 40 minutes.
