15 ounce can (450 ml) chick peas (garbanzos), drained
1/2 cup (120 ml) raw sesame seeds
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice
1 clove garlic
salt to taste

Place all ingredients into the Power Mill container in order listed. Secure the two-part lid. Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Run machine for 1 minute or until smooth. If necessary, use the tamper to push the ingredients into the blades while processing.
