Nutritious Peanut or Cashew Butter Blender Recipe
This delicious nutritious nut butter recipe for the Power Mill Blender will be a hit for the whole family whether it be for cooking or just spreading on toast. YUM!
680g roasted peanuts or cashews
Pour nuts into the Power Mill container. Secure the 2-part lid. Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Insert tamper through lid opening. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Use the tamper to push the nuts into the blades. In 1 minute you will hear a high pitched chugging sound.
Once the butter begins to flow freely through the blades the motor sound will change from a high pitch to a low laboring sound. Stop processing. Remove nut butter to a container and store covered. Refrigerate in airtight container.
Makes 1 – 1/4 cups
Speed: Variable to High
Time: 1 minute

Wow this is a great idea! I’ve always loves my Macadamia butter but can’t afford to pay for it at market rates but now I realise that my PowerMill Blender can make it for me with no fuss and so cheap I’ll be living high on the nut

Yes the Power Mill Blender will process nuts to a smooth creamy nut butter. Simply turn the easy to use variable speed controller to high and you will be amazed how quickly you have a smooth peanut butter. Better than anything you can buy in the shop. Try experimenting with other ingredients to vary flavour and consistency.
Please let us know how you go

Does this work with other types of nuts and seeds, and are some types to be avoided? For example almonds, brazil nuts or sesame seeds? Is it possible to make almond milk?

does your machine grind RAW nuts such as almonds, pecans, walnuts, peanuts, etc. into nut butters?
I have no use for anything roasted because all roasted carbohydrates contain ACRYLAMIDS, which are cancer causes.
