1 large baked sweet potato
Medium sizes carrot
2 teaspoons of vegetable paste
1 vegetable stock cube
1 tomato

Combine ingredients together with 1 ½ cups water and quickly increase speed to maximum. Keep on maximum for between 4 and 6 minutes or until steam rises. Serve straight into a bowl.
